About Us
Elkins Park Veterinary Hospital has been servicing the community since 1977. Dr. Denish purchased Rhawnhurst Animal Hospital in 1995 and Elkins Park Veterinary Hospital and boarding kennel in 1997. Dr. Denish shares his special interests in exotic animal medicine and surgery by providing compassionate care to pocket pets; birds; and exotics, including reptiles; as well as to cats and dogs.
Dr. Cantor joined our staff full time in September 2019. He has been a great addition to our team. His interests include dentistry, dermatology, and soft tissue surgery.
Dr. Mick joined the practice in 2022. Focusing on the areas of exotics, behavior, hospice and palliative care, Dr. Mick ensures you will leave our office with a clear understanding of what your pet needs to be healthy and happy.

Elkins Park Veterinary Hospital also provides boarding services to the community. Their boarding area is well lit, clean, and their staff makes sure it’s a pleasant environment for pets while their owners are away.

- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
